The Marines were in a huff over it too. Spandam asks if it could have been the revolutionaries, while Rob Lucci says it does not matter and to return now. Lucci adds that this is a country of tragedy, just like Spandam. Page 3: The narrator says one tragedy after another rained down on Dressrosa and the strings of darkness were hung, yet as those countless tragedies fell, the people held back their tears, danced and sang to the resounding melody of their clapping hands. Now the curtain draws back from the cheerless, long, wretched, nameless stage, and words of truth reach the people: "Our king has returned! All is well! Peace is upon us!" King Riku steps forward and says he has something he would like to ask of them all.
