Luffy, Morgan, Koby, Marines, Roronoa Zoro, Helmeppo ### Summary Page 17: In the top right panel, a close-up of Luffy shows him looking serious and resolute. He states simply, "I'M NOT GONNA DIE." In the top left, Morgan's face is shown in close-up, his eyes wide with shock and a "!!?" reaction bubble next to him. The large middle panel captures a brutal counterattack. Luffy delivers a devastating punch squarely to Morgan's face. Morgan's features contort from the heavy blow, his teeth gritted in pain. A massive "KA-WA" sound effect explodes at the point of impact. The force of the punch sends Morgan's large body flying backward, parallel to the ground, with three exclamation marks "!!!" emphasizing the hit. In the bottom right, Koby watches in awe, sweating and yelling, "HE'S JUST TOO STRONG!!" In the bottom left, three Marines look on in utter disbelief. One stammers, "CAPTAIN MORGAN..." while another adds, "HE'S GETTING PUMMELED!!" Page 18: In the top panel, Luffy grabs Captain Morgan by the shirt with a "GRB" sound effect, looming over the defeated Marine. Luffy glares down angrily and declares, "YOU AND YOUR NAVY... ARE RUINING KOBY'S DREAM!" In the middle right panel, Zoro watches the scene silently, a "..." bubble next to him. In the middle left panel, Luffy looks surprised as a jagged speech bubble from off-panel yells, "STOP!!" The bottom panel reveals the source of the shout: Koby is screaming in terror, "I SAID STOP, YOU IDIOT!!" On the right side of the panel, a hand holds a flintlock pistol directly to Koby's head.
