YOU SOUND LIKE YOU'RE TRYING TO HELP THE CRIMINALS!". McKinley then orders his men, "FIRE!!". The White Berets release their arrows. The arrows fly towards Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji. As the arrows travel, they leave thick trails of cloud behind them. The attack is called "MILKY ARROW!!!". Page 11: Luffy dodges the incoming arrows and yells, "NAMI!!! YOU'RE IN THE WAY. GET BACK TO THE SHIP!!!". Nami runs away, screaming "...OK!!! KYAAA!!". Luffy looks at the trails left by the arrows and asks, "WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS?". The arrows strike the ground, and the cloud trails solidify into paths. Someone exclaims, "CLOUD!!?". The White Berets then use dials attached to their shoes to skate rapidly along the newly formed cloud paths, moving swiftly towards the Straw Hats.
