Page 8: The page opens with a view of a peaceful countryside landscape featuring windmills, houses, and cows grazing behind a wooden fence. A narration box reads, "A SMALL HARBOR VILLAGE". The next panel shows a large pirate ship docked at the village harbor. Narration boxes state, "ONE YEAR AGO..." and "...A PIRATE SHIP MADE THE VILLAGE ITS BASE."
