Ace, Marines, Revolutionary Army ### Summary Page 9: Luffy answers that he was born in East Blue. Ivankov flashes back to Dragon staring out toward the same sea and realizes, "I knew it...!!" Dragon had once said, "Whenever the wind blows, wherever you are... you're facing the same way..." Inazuma suggested this might be an animal instinct and asked whether East Blue was Dragon's home. Back in the present, Ivankov asks whether Luffy perhaps has family in the eastern seas, and Inazuma tells him to stop prying into the past. Iva apologizes, but the conclusion is clear: if this Strawhat boy is really Dragon's son, Iva's position has changed. Page 10: The alarm shifts from Luffy's recovery to Ace's departure. A New Kama resident reports, "Inazuma!!! Find out the plans for Ace Boy's departure!!!" Luffy says he will go with Strawhat boy to Level 6 right away because the Vivre Card is still pointing down and Ace has not yet been moved. Ivankov asks whether Luffy will show him the way, and Luffy answers that if Ace is on Level 6 he will go there now. Iva realizes he was careless: if Strawhat boy is Dragon's son, then Ace, his brother, is Dragon's son as well, and the Marines may know.
