Binolt is a 22-year-old blacklist hunter. He enforces a rule that no one may leave the quarry and states he will kill anyone who breaks it, giving the group two weeks to defeat him or face punishment. Binolt prefers human flesh especially from young women and carries a belt of knives and tools. 1
