Kaito is a Hunter and disciple of Jin who returned to Jin's birthland seeking an unexplained answer. He orders the elimination of a small kitsune-guma while questioning Gon about the creature's fate and later observes events from the trees. Kaito praises Jin as the best hunter he knows after introducing himself. 1
