Kanzai

Kanzai is addressed and questioned about his qualifications while participating in an argument. He angrily accuses others of not wanting Pariston as chairman and declares that the voters are simply against Pariston. Pariston challenges Kanzai about his difficulty with language and arithmetic, and a man in a black cap warns him about prolonging the discussion. 1
