Iceberg
Iceberg is the mayor of Water Seven and president of Galley-La Company. He manages the sea train and is considered the strongest person around locally while also serving as the head of the unified shipyard company. Iceberg is known for his genius carpentry techniques that earned respect from workers and for recently adopting a small rat named Tirano Saurus. He was discovered shot and unconscious in his house which caused city-wide panic and media frenzy before he regained consciousness and identified details about the intruders.
Appearance
Iceberg stands tall in a pinstripe suit while holding his adopted rat. He has a bald head and wears sunglasses along with a striped suit during his walks through the shipyard. Rise as leader
Iceberg became leader of the shipyards and amazed everyone with his genius carpentry techniques five years ago when he united the seven shipyards into one company. His love for carpentry and techniques remained the same after he became the leader so the workers respect him even more.9

Iceberg was discovered shot and unconscious in his house which caused city-wide panic. He regained consciousness inside Galley-La Company and recalled that there were two attackers from the previous night describing one as a big man wearing a mask and the other as a tall woman with black hair and sharp eyes.1011
Iceberg pointed a gun at Luffy inside a bedroom and demanded one more chance to meet Nico Robin. He was shot and thrown into the hallway during the confrontation yet survived the shot while expressing regret that he failed to reach the truth he sought.1213
