A central man in a dark suit gestures with both arms outstretched, declaring that the matter is being handled here and warning that a similar case will probably occur again. He stresses that during the lesson, weapons must not be used. Kurapika, with light hair and large eyes, stands in the foreground and states firmly that the ones to discuss a change of schedule are not them, adding that everyone should have come with that condition from the beginning. In smaller panels below, suited figures confer near a large clock; one man on the phone insists any later and he cannot guarantee keeping the two-week promise, while another voice says they will let everyone have until 10 to decide whether or not to continue as planned.

Barrigen recoils with wide eyes and raised hands, shouting "IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT ME!!" The short-haired girl stares at him and asks, "ARE YOU THE ONE WHO ATTACKED BARRIGEN?" A woman with light hair clutches her face in distress, exclaiming that yesterday was the first time she had ever heard the word "NEN" and denying any ability to use it. Barrigen sweats heavily, asking why he would do such a thing and claiming he is sorry. The short-haired girl states that the people who overlap with both incidents are limited. Diagrams illustrate the difference: a Nen user can see certain conjured forms while a normal person cannot. The targeted people will appear like they're being possessed by a ghost. The prince's Nen beasts are all parasitic types that were born in the ritual ceremony and they cannot be seen by ordinary people. In short, things can be made that look like ordinary objects and can be seen by normal people. This is a risk of limitations. As the degree of difficulty increases, so does the power of its attack. For example, the risk of being discovered by conjuring snakes that even ordinary humans can see is high, right? To put it simply, a Nen user's image and the level of risk is different. Nen is like one big knot. Isn't that... in the end just a completely different ability? Especially with this current succession war where 14 people are living with parasitic Nen beasts requires an immense... The blond man suggests finding a go-between who directs between executives and soldiers, noting hot-blooded young men lack the obedience or smarts to act without oversight. The scarred man wonders which group holds the most power in financial influence and numbers, realizing it must be the Shuilu family. At a table covered in cards and documents, the group reacts in shock when someone declares the next arrival is Saturday. Voices erupt in protest: 'Shut up! You're not the one asking questions!' and 'But you better listen well from what I'm about to say!' The kneeling figure pleads for forgiveness, stating they have no interest in defying any of the families, while another shouts 'No! No! Impossible!'
