Prince Fugetsu is the 11th prince and the brother of the 10th prince Kacho. He possesses a Nen beast with teleportation abilities and has escaped using teleportation-type Nen. Surveillance on Prince Fugetsu was temporarily lifted before the Sunday banquet while Ushouhi monitored from outside a twenty-meter radius. 1
