A grand building labeled "THE HOLY LAND - MARY GEOISE" rises under stormy skies as narration declares "...NIKA HAS FINALLY EMERGEDI!" and "A GRAVE SITUATION...!!!" with heavy SFX "ゴゴゴゴゴ...". The scene shifts to a chaotic close-up of Monkey D. Dragon and Emporio Ivankov reacting in shock, sweat flying, as they shout: "WE WON'T BE ABLE TO COVER THIS UP...!! Inside a grand hall, a tall figure in a dark suit stands before seated officials as one states "WE CAN STILL HAVE NICO ROBIN BROUGHT TO US... CORRECTI" with impact SFX. Another replies "IT APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE MODIFIED THEIR PLAN IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT SITUATION. AT LEAST ONE OF THEM HAS CONSIDERABLE GUILE." and "NOW, EVEN WITH OUR NUMBERS, A DIRECT INVASION WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE." The scene cuts to a bustling city street where agents in dark coats and top hats react to buzzing transponder snails labeled "CPO!!" and "CPO COME IN!!". One agent sweats and answers "Y-YES...!!!" while others shout "STAY WHERE YOU ARE... BZZT BZZT!!" "WHO IS THIS...I" "LISTEN UP!!" and a panicked voice cries "SOMEONE IS HIJACKING OUR SIGNAL!!" as a ship sails through rough seas with the hijacker declaring "I'M ON MY WAY... BZZT...!!!" amid more static SFX.

A wide vista of Wano shows cheering crowds on cliffs with a torii gate as narration reads "...THE NEWS OF THE KOZUKI VICTORY IS BEING MET WITH JUBILATION." and "AFTER 20 YEARS OF TYRANNY IN WANO..." while large celebratory SFX "わあああああああああ!!" fill the sky. Inside a castle corridor labeled "CASTLE INTERIOR, ONIGASHIMA", a battered King lies defeated on the floor as a cloaked figure stands over him. King asks "...DON'T YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAYI" The figure replies "DRAKE... SO YOU WERE A MARINE DOG THIS WHOLE TIME." King retorts "YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO ANSWER THATI!" while gasping "HUFF... HUFF...". In another panel the cloaked figure sits on stairs saying "I THOUGHT THOSE PRECIOUS CARDS OF YOURS..." "...PROMISED YOU'D BE SAFE IF YOU STUCK WITH KAIDO..." as King lies broken with "YOU LOOK LIKE HELL..." and more labored breaths "HUFF... HUFF...".

A long-haired figure with a headband glares upward, declaring, "...DO YOU REALLY THINK I WOULD HAVE GONE CRAWLING BACK TO HIMI" In the next panel the same speaker continues, "BUT EVEN IF I DID FORESEE HIS VICTORY..." A flashback shows the figure kneeling before a massive, monstrous silhouette, explaining, "I SUBMITTED TO THAT MONSTER WHEN HE SHOWED UP BECAUSE I KNEW DOING OTHERWISE WOULD BE COURTING DEATH. BUT KID AND HIS CREW FOUGHT TO THE BITTER END... THEY WERE PREPARED TO DIE!!" The scene shifts to an indoor fortune-telling room where a woman reads tarot cards and states, "I AM DIVINING TOMORROW'S SURVIVAL CHANCES FOR A CERTAIN MAN. ONLY 1%, WHAT A PITY." A bearded man with an X on his outfit demands, "WHAT ARE YOUR CARDS TELLING YOUI" The fortune teller replies, "IF YOU'RE GONNA SWITCH SIDES, NOW'S THE TIME." The long-haired figure suddenly bursts forward in a dramatic close-up, shouting, "IT WAS ME...!!" while a voice recalls, "WHEN YOU WERE FORETELLING THE FUTURE, THE MAN YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT..."

The Flower Capital stands rebuilt seven days after the war, its towers and bridges still draped in festival decorations. A large sign proclaims, "THE FLOWER CAPITAL, SEVEN DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE WAR." Citizens cheer, "MOMONOSUKE-SAMA... NO, THE SHOGUN HAS DECREED THAT... WE'LL HAVE ANOTHER FESTIVAL SOON!!" while others shout, "DON'T TAKE DOWN THE DECORATIONS YET!!" with massive onomatopoeia "ベベベベベベベ!!!" In a classroom, children react with shock: "SERIOUSLYI!" "...ON OUR COUNTRY'S HEROES FROM YOUR HISTORY LESSONS..." "SORRY BUT WE HAVE TO RESTART YOUR HISTORY LESSONS..." "HOW COMEI!" "MS. SARAHEBI ISN'T COMING BACKI!" Excited townsfolk shout, "KYOSHIRO, THE NOBLE YAKUZA BOSS......WAS REALLY DENJIRO-DONO IN DISGUISE!!" and "...AND ANOTHER SCABBARD WAS WATCHING OVER THINGS THIS WHOLE TIME!!" A small character drinks and exclaims, "...WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DISPLAY OF LOYALTY!!" with sound effects "GLUG GLUG" and "れあああああ" "HAAHH!!" Others discuss, "I HEARD HE'S NO LONGER IN THE COUNTRY...!!!" "HE'S APPARENTLY A WARRIOR KNOWN AS JOYBOY!!" "DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE MAN THAT TOOK DOWN KAIDOI" A sign reads "PARADISE FARM." From a snowy hill overlooking the capital, figures converse: "FROM THIS HILL, THEY'LL BE OVERLOOKING THE FLOWER CAPITAL..." "YES." "WE'RE BUILDING ANOTHER SHRINEI" A sign states "THE ETERNAL GRAVES. RINGO." One speaker adds, "...JUST LIKE THE GOD OF THE BLADE, RYUMA."

At a snowy shrine, voices declare, "AND HE WILL BE SURROUNDED BY ALL HIS ALLIES, STARTING WITH YASUIE-DONO......AND ALL THE OTHER DAIMYO WHO FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY..." "WE WILL PUT ODEN-SAMA TO REST HERE..." Inside, swords and a paper lie on tatami as someone states, "...ASHURA AND IZO...!!" "...AND ENDING WITH..." Outside, Marco stands with wings spread while a straw-hatted figure and a small horned character speak: "OF COURSE! IT'S ONLY RIGHT THAT HIS FINAL RESTING PLACE IS IN HIS HOME COUNTRY...!!!" "IS THAT FINE WITH YOU, MARCO-DONOI" "IT'S GOOD TO SEE YOU ALIVE AND WELL!!" "KAPAPA! THINK WE'LL BE HONORED HERE SOMEDAY TOO, ONIMARUI!" The small character and a wolf-like figure bark, "WOOF!!" "WOOF!!"

Kin'emon looks worried, saying, "If something were to happen to any more of our heroes......I don't think I could take it...!!" A wolf-masked figure adds, "We are the ones who remain... We know the feeling..." Nearby, a smiling man with glasses remarks, "Seems like I've been left behind once again to say goodbye..." In the next scene, Yamato stands before a grand castle as someone calls out, "You too, Yamato-kun!!" and "Brother!! You've got to hear this!!" A small figure protests, "I'm so hungry... No! I'm not! I'm not hungry! I'm not!" while another suggests, "Let us pray for their good health." Suddenly a massive impact erupts with "AGH!!" and huge SFX as Luffy and Zoro jolt awake. Someone yells, "They've finally opened their eyes!!" Yamato cries out, "Luffytaro-san and Zorojuro-san...!!" while Luffy shouts, "Will you ever stop being a tomboy!!" and a voice replies, "Not that it hurts--!!"

Luffy and Zoro sit up shouting with huge energy. Luffy yells, "BOOZE!!" while Zoro roars, "MEAT!!" A figure in the background declares, "I have been waiting for you two to wake, so I could summon the whole country for a huge banquet!! Let's do it today!!" Luffy adds, "Luffy, Zoro!! Save some room for later!!" The room erupts into chaos as everyone scrambles for food. Voices shout, "Luffy!! You're upI!" "Another!!" "Gimme seconds!!" "More meat coming right up!!" and "Luffy!! Zoro!! You're finally awake!!" Momonosuke appears, exclaiming, "Wait, don't you recognize meI I'm Momonosuke!!" while someone else comments on his strength, "You look pretty strong!! Is it 'cause you've got Oden's bloodI Lemme take a crack at you! Knock it off!!" and Momonosuke reacts, "WHAAATI!"

Nami struggles as someone clings to her, shouting, "Get off me!!" and "Kya!!" while pleading, "Onami! Those two fiends are picking on me again!! Please save me!!" Sanji laughs wildly, "Gahaha!! Welcome to adulthood Momo!! No more 'special privileges' for you!!" Momonosuke protests, "B-but I'm still 8 years old!! Not that this hurts..." In another panel Luffy declares, "I'm sure you'll be the number one samurai in the country someday!! I will give it my all!!" while patting Momonosuke and saying, "You should thank your parents for giving you such a strong body!!" Yamato adds, "Quit putting plates on my head!!" as Momonosuke replies, "He's still a child on the inside, but on the outside, he's basically Oden now!!"

Yamato explains the Wano vigil custom, saying, "...until their prayers are answered by the gods. In Wano, they have a custom to give something up..." Nami smiles and asks, "VigilI Yamato!! Your vigil has ended, rightI Let's take a bath before the festival!!" Luffy reacts with surprise, "SeriouslyI! Thanks, Yamabro!! That must be why I'm feeling so great!!" I'm surprised we're not dirty ourselves." Yamato later states firmly, "I don't need your help with that anymore! I must've returned from hell to fulfill my promise to kill you!!" as the group discusses mixed baths and the castle's facilities.

The Kozuki clan returns in triumph as messengers spread the word across Wano: "...THE RETURN OF THE KOZUKI CLAN!!" "GET WORD OUT TO EVERY REGION!!" Citizens cheer wildly while others announce, "IT'S TIME TO REALLY CELEBRATE..." "THE BANQUET IS BEING HELD TODAY!!" At the castle onsen labeled "CASTLE ONSEN," Luffy bursts from the men's bath with arms raised, shouting "IT'S BATH TIME!!" Yamato cheers beside him, "YEAH, THIS IS THE BEST!! WHEN WE'RE DONE, LET'S PARTY!!" while a voice exclaims, "IS THIS A DREAMI!" A sign marks "MEN'S BATH." In another panel, Kin'emon and others inspect ships at Tokage Port, with Kin'emon saying, "PHEW! WE FINALLY GOT EVERYTHING SHIP-SHAPE!" and a reply, "YUP! THEY LOOK READY TO SAIL!" Below, Franky strikes a pose as onlookers marvel, "THAT'S SO COOL!!" "GENERAL FRANKY IS AS GOOD AS NEW TOO!!" In the women's bath, marked "WOMEN'S BATH," the group relaxes; one says, "...BUT IT WOULD BE TOO EMBARRASSING TO BATHE WITH ODEN-SAMA AND THE OTHERS I'M NOT USED TO." Another adds, "I ALWAYS USED TO BATHE WITH ODEN-SAMA AND I'M NOT USED TO." The crew discusses the new situation after the emperors' defeat. One warns, "WITH THE EMPERORS GONE, WE'RE GONNA HAVE THE BIGGEST TARGETS ON OUR BACKS!!" The new bounties for the "newly dubbed Emperors of the Sea" are revealed as a character reads from the wanted posters: "...OF THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN NEWLY DUBBED EMPERORS OF THE SEA!!" "YOUR UPDATED BOUNTIES AND THE NAMES..." The poster declares, "IT'S ALL IN THERE!" A voice from above calls down, "...BE MORE SPECIFIC!!" "TELL ME YOUR EXACT POSITION!!" The flying figure replies, "AH! I CAN SEE WANO SKY UP AHEAD." "I JUST SAID, SAKAZUKI-SAN, I'M IN THE SKY!" Admiral Ryokugyu stands below a massive tree-like form, responding, "UNDERSTOOD, RYOKUGYUI!"
