Emporio Ivankov
Emporio Ivankov is the retired Queen of Kamabakka Kingdom and a founder of the Revolutionary Army alongside Dragon and Bartholomew Kuma. He is known for creating Newkama Land inside Impel Down and for using hormone manipulation to perform miracles that help others survive impossible odds. Ivankov allies with Luffy during the prison break and later returns to Kamabakka Queendom where he continues supporting revolutionary efforts.
Throughout his appearances Ivankov demonstrates theatrical performances on stage, direct confrontations with prison guards, and strategic decisions to release powerful inmates like Crocodile. Emporio Ivankov ate the Horo Horo Fruit which allows him to manipulate hormones including gender, body temperature, pigment, growth and tension. He applies female hormones to transform prisoners and uses Emporio Healing Hormones that may cost ten years of life while offering a small survival chance.910
Ivankov employs Okama Kenpo techniques such as flying kicks and the Wink technique that reflects cannonballs. His Death Wink attack and later Ganmen Spectrum along with Galaxy Wink produce massive shockwaves during combat.111213
History
After the events at God Valley Emporio Ivankov spent time in the Kingdom of Sorbet where he observed Kuma's efforts to help villagers and decided to return to sea for his own freedom. He joked about Kuma living in a church and announced his departure while assuring Ginny that no one forgets his face. Ivankov apologized for not joining Kuma immediately as he wanted time to consider his future path.14
Ivankov and Inazuma were captured and sent to prison following their activities. During later discussions Ivankov asked Kuma how he would feel if Ivankov became captain of the eastern forces and noted that Dragon will not officially fill Ginny's post without Kuma's blessing.1516
