Appearance

Sir Crocodile presents a tall figure marked by visible scars across his face and a large golden hook replacing his left hand. He wears a fur-collared coat that billows during movement and keeps a cigar in his mouth during conversations. Baroque Works operations

Crocodile begins operations as Mr. 0 within Baroque Works by contacting agents through Den Den Mushi before switching to traditional orders. He commands Mr. 2 be sent to Little Garden and orders the assassination of Mr. 3 after a failed report. Miss All Sunday comments on the violent nature of these directives from his office.31

Alabasta crisis

Crocodile confronts Vivi and Luffy in Alabasta while revealing responsibility for repeated sandstorms. He stands over the fallen King Cobra inside the palace and questions the location of Pluton. After defeat his unconscious body lies in rubble as rain falls over Alubarna.111213

Post Alabasta period

Years later Sir Crocodile appeared as a prisoner in a striped uniform after his defeat. He was succeeded in the Shichibukai by Blackbeard and later participated in events at Marine Headquarters where he publicly resigned his position.141516

Crocodile escapes Impel Down with Luffy and Jinbe while using sand attacks against Level 4 guards. He drops keys for Mr. 2 and recruits Mr. 1 during the breakout. Later he joins Cross Guild with Mihawk and confronts Buggy over leadership of the organization.717
