What happens in chapter 189

Sanji continues his relentless assault on Mr. 2 Bon Clay with a barrage of powerful kicks to the face, ribs, flank, back, tailbone and thighs. He finishes the fight with a massive Veau Shot that sends Mr. 2 flying, after which both fighters collapse exhausted. Mr. 2 urges Sanji to kill him, but Sanji instead snatches back Usopp's goggles and walks away, leaving Mr. 2 moved yet furious on the ground.
