Narration wonders what might have called the dregs of his self, pondering this selfish ability, and questions how this power could be used to aid the King. Knuckle's face appears again as he insists on being heard. In the wide final panel the cat-eared fighter dashes across open ground, proclaiming, "...YOU NEVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE ENEMY IN THE HEAT OF -" while continuing, "IT WAS YOUR NAKAMA WHO TAUGHT ME A VALUABLE LESSON..." and laughing, "HAHAH!! A lone small figure stands calmly at the heart of the blast, unmoved amid the chaos of flying rubble and shockwaves. Below, an older man with slicked-back white hair and a stern expression gazes upward at the destruction. He speaks with a measured tone, acknowledging the futility of the moment. 'I SUPPOSE IT MADE LITTLE DIFFERENCE WHETHER YOU LOOKED OR NOT.' A smaller bubble follows with 'WELL ...'
