Hody Jones told Fukaboshi that nothing had happened to him. In chapter 643 Fukaboshi pressed the same questions he had asked earlier in chapter 641, demanding to know what the humans had done to drive Hody to such hatred and what would remain after his crimes. ch. 643, p. 17 Hody answered with a single word and then declared that the New Fish-Man Pirates had been chosen by the heavens to bring judgment upon humanity. ch. 643, p. 18 Fukaboshi realized the truth that the pirates acted from blind and empty hatred alone with no personal experience of humanity to justify their crusade. ch. 643, p. 18 The manga shows Hody refusing to answer the earlier questions in chapter 641 and only giving this response later.
