Sanji's note in Zou does not have its contents revealed. In the scene Sanji writes a note after receiving whispered information and hands the folded paper to Nami, Chopper and Brook with instructions to deliver it to Luffy and the others while pleading for their trust. ch. 813, p. 11 The note is described only as intended for Straw Hat and no text or summary of its message appears. ch. 813, p. 11 Surrounding events focus on the threat from Big Mom's crew and Sanji's distress but stop short of disclosing what he actually wrote. ch. 813, p. 10 No other source addresses the note or its message.
The manga never states what Sanji's note said in Zou directly.
