Level 6, Infinite Hell

Luffy charges forward through a collapsing stone corridor, shouting "DON'T GET IN MY WAY!!!" while a large figure in a striped hat yells "MOVE IT, MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!!" Luffy stares upward as voices shout from above. "IF YOU HURRY, YOU CAN STILL MAKE IT!!!" someone yells. Another calls out, "HEY... WHO ARE YOU, OLD MAN...I" A figure replies, "THEY CAME JUST A MOMENT AGO!!! GO AFTER THEM!!! THEY TOOK ACE UP THE LIFT!!!" Luffy answers, "!I YEAH... ARE YOU STRAWHAT LUFFY!!!I" The lift gate stands open. Luffy and Inazuma look up at the shaft. "THE LIFT'S GATE IS OPEN TOO!!" Inazuma exclaims. "THAT MUST BE IT!!" Luffy spots a small figure high above and cries, "DAD!!" He turns with a determined grin. "GOT IT!! THANKS!! I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHO YOU ARE, THOUGH!!" They spot the massive wheel mechanism below. "BUT IF WE CLIMB UP HERE, WE CAN STILL MAKE IT UP SOMEHOW." "WE CAN'T USE IT!!I" "THE WHEEL IS LOCKED!! IT WON'T MOVE!!" Luffy reacts with shock, "!!I"

A massive explosion rocks the shaft. "ギャシャーン!!!" The blast hurls debris as Inazuma leaps. "LOOK OUT!!! GIRA!!" Luffy tumbles through smoke. "WE'LL TAKE THE STAIRS WE FOUND TO GET DOWN HERE!!!" he shouts. Inazuma warns, "THEY WON'T LET US GET OUT EASILY!!" "OF COURSE..." Another voice adds, "WE CAN'T USE THE LIFT! OUR HANDS ARE TIED!" Luffy crashes forward with a fierce expression. A second blast erupts below. "ギャシャーン!!!" The group presses onward amid the chaos and falling rubble.

Inazuma shouts, "THEY'RE TRYING TO LOCK US IN HERE BY CLOSING OFF THE ONLY TWO EXITS!!" Luffy yells, "HEY, THEY CLOSED OFF THE STAIRS!!!" "WE NEED TO BREAK THROUGH THE BARS TO GET OUT!!!" Poisonous gas floods the area. "IT'S GAS!! IS IT POISON!I" Ivankov cries. "MOKU MOKU" clouds billow everywhere. Luffy staggers, "WAH!" A guard's face appears, screaming, "NN~ SHUT UP!! LEVEL 6!!!" The prisoners react in panic as the gas spreads. "!!!"

Ivankov declares, "IT APPEARS TO BE SLEEPING GAS." Luffy roars, "I DON'T CARE IF IT'S POISON OR WHATEVER!!!" The gas takes hold. "BRATA!!" "GUU!!!" Luffy collapses with a dazed expression, "UWO-OHHH!!!" A voice warns, "THERE'S A LIMIT TO HOW RECKLESS YOU CAN BE, STRAWHAT BOY!!!" In the monitor room, guards report, "HAVE YOU REACHED WARDEN MAGELLAN!I" "WE'RE TRYING!!" "HAVE THE GUARDS ARMED AND STANDING BY, JUST IN CASE." The announcement states, "VICE WARDEN, LEVEL 6 HAS BEEN COMPLETELY SEALED OFF. THAT'S A POWERFUL SLEEPING GAS!! THERE'S NOWHERE FOR THEM TO ESCAPE TO." A massive creature smashes through the floor as the lift area is shown sealed.

At the massive stone gates of Impel Down's Level 6, a voice commands, "STOP YOUR FUTILE RESISTANCE. IT'S JUST AS YOU HEARD." Another warns, "YOUR BROTHER IS A PIRATE TOO. THERE'S NO WAY OUT FOR HIM, EITHER...!!!" Luffy stands defiant as the massive doors loom. Magellan glares and demands, "HOW DID YOU SURVIVE...!I STRAWHAT..." Nearby, a battered prisoner gasps, "WHY DID YOU COME HERE, LUFFY!I I HOPED THAT IT WASN'T TRUE...!!!" Inazuma activates the Choki Choki no Mi, blades flashing with repeated "チョキ" sound effects as the floor is sliced apart like paper. Gas begins pouring upward while someone shouts, "UWAA- COUGH DO SOME-THING! DO SOME... ZZZZ...!!! THE FLOOR IS FILLING WITH GAS."

Inazuma's scissors slice through the stone floor with rapid "GACHIN!" and "BERON!" effects. An observer yells, "WHAT WAS THAT!!!I HE CUT THE FLOOR LIKE IT WAS CLOTH!!" Inazuma stands tall in a long coat, declaring the cut complete. Magellan reacts in shock as the gas is sealed away. A close-up shows Magellan's eyes as he realizes, "HE CAN MANIPULATE THE THINGS HE CUTS LIKE PAPER...!!!" Another voice explains, "INAZUMA ATE THE CHOKI CHOKI FRUIT AND BECAME A SCISSORS MAN." Below, the sealed grate rattles while someone calls out, "UWOH...!!! HE USED THE GROUND HE CUT UP TO SHUT THE GAS AWAY!! NOT BAD, GUY!!"

Ivankov declares, "IF WE FALL UNCONSCIOUS, WE WON'T BE RESCUING ANYBODY. I'LL HELP HIM EVEN IF I'M UNCONSCIOUS!!! ACE IS GOING TO BE EXECUTED!!!" Luffy shouts, "IF YOU SHUT OFF THE STAIRS, HOW ARE WE GOING TO GO AFTER ACE!!I HEY, I WANT TO GO UP!! CRAB MAN!!" Ivankov replies, "THIS IS THE LEAST WE CAN DO... STOP THEIR FLOW OF INFORMATION...!!!" Galdino notes, "DON'T BE RASH. THEIR PLAN WAS SIMPLE, BUT IT WORKED. WE ARE STUCK ON LEVEL 6 WITH NO WAY OUT." Luffy stares at a Vivre Card pointing upward and mutters, "IT'S POINTING STRAIGHT UP, ISN'T ITI...!!! WE HAVE ENEMIES BLOCKING OUR PATH!!! AND THE MARINE CONVOY WILL BE SWIFT! LOOK AT THE VIVRE CARD..." A small figure below states, "ACE BOY IS BEING TAKEN TO THE SURFACE SMOOTHLY BY LIFT."

From the upper level, a voice states, "RIGHT ABOUT NOW. HE'S PROBABLY BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE MARINES." Luffy reacts with shock. Ivankov says, "WELL THEN... ACE BOY IS ALREADY IN THE MARINES' CUSTODY. GIVE IT UP... OR RATHER, LEAVE IT TO WHITEBEARD... I RESPECT YOUR FEELINGS, AND I WILL HELP YOU ESCAPE THIS PRISON UNHARMED IF POSSIBLE." Luffy clenches his fist, eyes wide, and roars, "I'LL GO TO THE MARINE HEADQUAR-TERS!!!"

In the massive stone corridor of Impel Down, a voice questions Luffy about the true scale of the coming war. "DO YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW STRONG WHITEBEARD ISI DO YOU KNOW HOW STRONG THE MARINE ADMIRALS AND VICE ADMIRALS AND THE SHICHIBUKAI ARE!I HOW MANY LIVES DO YOU HAVE!I DON'T BE A FOOL!!! THIS WILL BE A WAR BETWEEN THE STRONGEST POWERS IN THE WORLD!!!" Luffy's face twists with resolve as he shouts back, "I'LL REGRET IT FOREVER!!! IF I GIVE UP NOW, I'M GOING!!" Ivankov, sweating and wide-eyed, mutters, "IT FEELS LIKE I'M ARGUING WITH DRAGON AGAIN!!! THIS FEELING... I KNOW IT...!!" A nearby prisoner warns, "IF WE DON'T GET OUT OF THIS FLOOR FIRST, YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE..." Luffy glares upward and roars, "YOU...!!! SO THIS IS WHERE YOU WERE!!!" The figure above replies, "I CAN OPEN A HOLE IN THE CEILING!!!" Luffy demands, "THEN RELEASE ME...!!!" The voice answers, "IF YOU WANT TO ESCAPE HERE... WHAT DO YOU SAY, STRAWHAT...I KUHAHAHA..."

Crocodile stands tall in his striped prison uniform, hands cuffed, smirking as he speaks. "BUT A WAR BETWEEN WHITEBEARD AND THE MARINESI I NEVER IMAGINED A CHANCE TO TAKE THE OLD MAN'S HEAD WOULD COME. I DIDN'T THINK THERE WAS ANYTHING INTERESTING LEFT ON THE OUTSIDE..." Luffy stares up at him in shock. Crocodile continues, "WITH MY POWERS... I CAN GET ALL OF US OUT OF HERE. I'M INTERESTED IN THE WAR...!!!" Luffy snaps, "YOU...!!!" Crocodile retorts, "NOT A BAD DEAL, RIGHTI WE BOTH GET WHAT WE WANT." Luffy growls, "THAT'S ANCIENT HISTORY. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN THAT COUNTRY ANYMORE. DON'T SCREW WITH ME!!! YOU KNOW HOW BAD YOU MESSED UP VIVI'S COUNTRY!!!" A sign beside Crocodile reads: "Former Royal Shichibukai Former President of Baroque Works (Mr. 0) Pirate Sir Crocodile."

Ivankov leans in close, addressing Crocodile. "IT'S BEEN A WHILE, CROC BOY..." Crocodile replies, "IVANKOV..." Luffy shouts in surprise, "EHH!!!I IVA!! THIS GUY..." Ivankov explains, "ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON GOING TO MARINE HEADQUARTERS...!!! HE'LL BE A GREAT HELP TO US, STRAWHAT BOY. LET'S RELEASE HIM, STRAWHAT BOY." Luffy protests, "BUT IF HE COOPERATES WITH US... THEN I WON'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT, HIIHA!!!" Ivankov counters, "I'LL TAKE CARE OF HIM... HE CAN'T REALLY BE TRUSTED, BUT... IT'S ALL RIGHT. IF, BY SOME CHANCE, HE TRIES TO BETRAY US, JUST A LITTLE... BACK WHEN YOU COULD STILL CALL HIM A ROOKIE...!!! YOU KNOW EACH OTHERI" From below, a prisoner yells, "BASTARD...!!!" Another voice calls out, "N-FUFU, I KNOW ONE OF HIS WEAKNESSES...!!!" Crocodile is struck, shouting "DOWA!!" as Ivankov declares, "SILENCE! 'DEATH WINK'!!!" Crocodile glares, "HEY, WHY DON'T YOU RELEASE ME TOO!!! ME TOO, ME TOO!! I'VE GOT A GRUDGE AGAINST WHITEBEARD!!!"

Luffy looks on with a puzzled expression as Ivankov stands with arms crossed, sweat flying. A prisoner in the background shouts desperately, "I'M BEGGING YOU!!!" The massive prisoner with a spiked collar and wild hair roars, "I WILL DEFINITELY BE OF USE!!! TAKE ME AS WELL!!!" Another chained prisoner slams against the bars, yelling, "I'M IN HERE BECAUSE I WAS OPPOSED TO THIS WAR!!! I WANT TO SAVE ACE!!! PLEASE!!! GIVE ME A GOOD PLACE TO DIE!!!" while striking the wall with "HISHAN!!!" Luffy stands silently in the distance, listening as the prisoner continues, "ACE... I'VE KNOWN HIM SINCE HE JOINED THE WHITEBEARD PIRATES. HE'S TOLD ME PLENTY ABOUT HIS LITTLE BROTHER...!!!"

Luffy stares with wide, shocked eyes as a voice exclaims, "OOH- HERE'S ANOTHER BIG NAME...!!" In the vast prison corridor of Impel Down, Emporio Ivankov stands with arms crossed while a small figure and Luffy face him. Ivankov declares, "... I AM FOREVER IN YOUR DEBT!!!" A voice responds, "IT'S FINE, LET HIM OUT." Another warns, "HEY, ARE YOU SUREI WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW DANGEROUS HE IS, OR WHAT HE'S LIKE!!" Ivankov answers, "VERY WELL." Suddenly, a massive "DEATH WINK" erupts with the command "SILENCE!! 'DEATH WINK'!!!" as the blast sends debris flying. Buggy recoils in terror, shouting "BUHA!!!" and "I'M BEGGING YOU!!!" while another figure yells, "OHHH!! I'M IN YOUR DEBT TOO!!"

The chaotic scene erupts as Emporio Ivankov roars with a massive open-mouthed attack, "WE'LL FORCE OUR WAY OUT OF THIS PRISON!!! HIHAA!!!" Crocodile glares and states, "WELL THEN, WE'RE SHORT ON TIME...!!!" and "I WON'T LET YOU LAY A HAND ON WHITEBEARD, CROCODILE!!" Luffy, bruised and determined, stands amid the group including Jinbe and a fish-man like figure. Voices shout, "HEY, LET US OUT TOO!!!" and "THEN WHY DON'T WE SETTLE THIS NOWI" Ivankov questions, "TWO!I WHO'S THE OTHER ONEI" while Crocodile notes, "WE'VE EVEN GOT TWO FORMER SHICHIBUKAI HERE." Impact effects and motion lines fill the panel as the prisoners prepare to break out.
