Mr. 2 Bon Clay is a former Baroque Works agent who operates under the code name Mr. 2 and later allies with the Straw-hat crew during their time in prison. He first appears on the Swanda at the Port of Sandy Island and becomes known for his dramatic poses, swan-themed attire, and close resemblance to Sanji that leads to mistaken identity. His goals shift from carrying out missions for Mr. 0 to aiding escapes and expressing loyalty through friendship, culminating in a sacrificial stand that allows others to flee.
Throughout his encounters he demonstrates mastery of disguise and combat techniques while declaring affection for uncertainty and the Okama Way. He interacts with Luffy's group multiple times, first as an unwitting foe and later as a comrade in Impel Down where he helps turn the tide against guards.
