Angry voices erupt from the group of Zodiacs and committee members seated on the checkered floor, shouting why they must enter their names and calling the idea completely stupid. A close-up shows a furious face growling that this is exactly why he is the way he is. Ging Freecss stands calmly in the center wearing a head wrap and long robe, hands in pockets, as massive eyes loom behind him with the caption that he only thinks of his own entertainment. A round-faced man stares in shock and blurts out that the figure is Ging Freecss, the chairman of the election committee. The entire group erupts in outrage, demanding if Ging is truly okay with the situation, while a small suited figure at the bottom sweats and thinks he is truly horrifying.

Two days ago, a tall modern building stands under a cloudy sky. Inside an office, a bald man in a suit bows slightly and says, "THANK YOU VERY MUCH." A voice replies, "NO, YOU WEREN'T NEARBY AT ALL..." Ging Freecss stands in the hallway with his back turned as another man in a robe approaches. "YOU'RE HERE SO EARLY... AND YOU'RE ACTUALLY HERE TOO! WHAT'S THE MATTER? MR. GING?" Ging answers, "I SAW THE VIDEO. I WAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. YEAH." At a desk, Ging asks, "CAN YOU LEAVE THOSE TO THE MEETING ROOM'S PHONE AS WELL?" The bald man reacts with surprise, "WHAT?" Someone off-panel says, "THAT PEN AND NOTEPAD. SAY..." Ging questions, "...WHY DO YOU ASK?" The bald man replies, "YES. HOW ABOUT THIS SAME DUST BIN?" Ging confirms, "THAT'S OKAY THEN. THE SAME ITEMS SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE..."

Ging Freecss counts quietly, "FOUR... NO, EIGHT." The bald man in the suit looks shocked with question marks floating around him. In another room, the robed man hands Ging a paper and says, "WHAT DO YOU... THESE ARE THE RULES FOR THE ELECTION...? READ THIS FOR ME." Ging reads the document. Later, Ging states confidently, "THEY'LL PROBABLY DECIDE ON A DRAW. THE TWELVE ZODIACS WILL PROBABLY ALL BE HERE IN A FEW DAYS." A man with light hair appears and remarks, "KNOWING PARISTON, AT LEAST. IF IT'S PUT TO A VOTE OR DISCUSSION, IT'LL TAKE FOREVER." The bald man reacts with surprise, "!? ...WHAT'S YOUR BASIS?"

In a quiet room, Ging Freecss, his head bandaged and wearing a cap, discusses the upcoming chairman election draw with a small round-headed figure. "I'm betting Cheadle, then Saccho. Another panel shows the same spiky-haired character holding up a blank slip and declaring YUP. I DON'T CARE. SEE? IT'S BLANK. with a star-eyed grin. Hisoka replies I THOUGHT MURDERERS DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THESE SORTS OF EVENTS while noting ...85 POINTS. The spiky-haired character reacts with a sharp EI! sound. Elsewhere a blond figure with star makeup wonders I WANTED TO TALK TO HIM IF HE WAS. while displaying 90 POINTS. Hisoka questions IS SOMEONE CALLED GING HERE? A voice answers THEN WHAT'RE YOU HERE FOR? In a later panel the blond figure shows 77 POINTS and reacts with OH. A bunny-eared girl explains HE SAID HE'D BE HERE IF THERE WAS A RE-ELECTION. HE'S GONE ALREADY. and instructs TAKE THAT SLIP OF PAPER AND LEAVE IF YOU UNDERSTAND.

In a spacious hall lined with tables marked by star emblems, several hunters and candidates stand or sit while a large, fluffy-haired figure with a star cap oversees the scene from behind a desk. Nearby, a tall spiky-haired man in a striped outfit confronts others. The fluffy figure mutters to himself, 'TO SIZE UP THE CROP...' while another voice notes 'HE'S HERE...'. Hisoka leans in sharply, declaring 'YOUR BUSINESS HERE'S DONE! GET OUT OF MY SIGHT!!' to a nearby figure. A dramatic close-up shows intense eyes glaring forward. Below, a lineup of hunters displays floating point totals: 30, 2, 10, 45, 10 PTS, 20, and 50, with one figure seated prominently in front. In a lush outdoor setting, Hisoka remarks 'IF YOU'D ONLY SORTED OUT YOUR PRIORITIES, YOU COULD'VE FOUGHT THE ANTS OR THE CHAIRMAN!' Illumi retorts about Gon and Killua participating in the ant hunt and negotiating with their father. Hisoka warns 'IT'D BE DIFFERENT IF YOU WERE MY MANAGER, ILLUMI. THAT'S A BIT TOO TROUBLESOME FOR ME...' Illumi reacts with shock, asking 'WHAT DID YOU SAY?' while pointing upward.
