A group discusses a possible hidden chamber behind room 310 while confirming they were not at the official base. A suited man with glasses says, "IF CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW IT, TRY BRINGING THEM IN ALIVE SO WE CAN AVOID POLICE INVOLVEMENT." and later, "WHEN I ASKED THEM HOW THEY INTENDED TO DEAL WITH IT..." Other characters respond, "OF COURSE." "SO YOU FILLED THE TROUPE IN ON THE HIDDEN DOOR?" "BUT WE CAN TAKE THE FALL IF YOU WIND UP KILLING 'EM." and "WE CAN'T HELP YOU LOOK SINCE THEY KNOW OUR FACES..."

In a long, sterile hallway lined with identical doors, a massive man in a dark suit stands with his back to the viewer, hands in pockets. Further down the corridor, a figure in a dark patterned coat knocks firmly on one of the doors. Nobunaga, wearing a loose white robe and carrying a sheathed sword, stands barefoot with arms crossed and addresses the group. "They said that it didn't matter if there's a trap," he states. In a close inset, an elderly man with curly hair reacts in shock, eyes wide and mouth open as a thin line strikes near his face with the SFX "スッ..." and "!!". Another panel shows the same man from behind facing a door marked with a "KNOCK KNOCK" sign while complaining, "NO MONEY, NO WOMEN... HOW MANY TIMES DO I GOTTA TELL YOU?". A final vertical close-up reveals a sharp, intense eye staring forward beneath heavy bangs.

A blond man with slicked-back hair suggests, "LET'S START WITH THE TOILET." Nearby, the dark-coated figure stands by a door while another voice warns, "THE DOOR MIGHT NOT BE THE ONLY TRIGGER." Nobunaga replies "NO." From above, the group is seen entering a room: the blond man raises his hands, the dark-coated person follows, and Nobunaga crouches with sword drawn. A close panel shows the blond man examining a wall panel labeled "CHAMBER" with numbers 3101, 3102, 3103 and notes about a trap and hidden chamber. He observes, "SO ALL THE ROOMS HERE MUST BE CONNECTED" and "WE WERE TOLD THE HIDDEN CHAMBER IS MUCH LARGER THAN THIS ONE...". In another room, the blond man continues, "BUT IT COULD JUST DUMP YOU OVERBOARD." Nobunaga answers, "IT'D BE FINE IF IT TRANSPORTED YOU SOMEWHERE ON THE SHIP..." and "I DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THEIR TRAP." The blond man then proposes, "LET'S START WITH THE BATH-ROOM." Nobunaga, now holding a long pole, opens a bathroom door while the blond man watches and states, "BUT YOU'RE RIGHT. I DOUBT THEY'D WASTE A CHANCE AT A KILL...".

In a sparse room, Nobunaga sits on a stool and swings his long sword in powerful arcs, the blade cutting through the air with bold "SWING" sound effects on both sides. He maintains a focused expression, his topknot shifting with the motion. Below, in a narrow bathroom area, Nobunaga stands with his back to the viewer holding a sheathed blade, staring at an open stall where something drops with a "drop" effect and a startled "!!" reaction. Below, a stern spiky-haired man in a tank top glares ahead while a wild-haired man with crossed arms declares it takes guts to steal from his kingdom and calls the others scavenging bastards. The wild-haired man threatens to kill the curly-haired boy ten times if the item is not handed over peacefully, but the boy retorts that he will keep running. The curly-haired boy then spins a weapon with a loud spin spin and thwack, striking a small figure. Laughing, he proclaims that dead is dead so that is a no-brainer and calls the fallen opponent a moron.

The wild-haired man roars that nine deaths are left while extending his arms in the devastated landscape. In the distance, the spiky-haired man and short-haired girl flee across the rubble as the wild-haired man pursues. He orders Chrollo to check what is on the device while telling others to keep moving. The short-haired girl confirms she has the item and the spiky-haired man asserts that the stuff belongs to everyone. The wild-haired man lunges forward with a powerful strike, sending the curly-haired boy flying. Close-up, the wild-haired man snarls that only dumbasses let their surroundings define them and declares he is wherever he says he is. The spiky-haired man yells at Uvo, calling him an idiot for treating the place like a kingdom and stating the only cure for that level of stupidity is death.

Don't visit the city outskirts alone. More and more kids are being abducted. Hundreds died every year before the city gained protection in exchange for providing recruits for the mob. 70% of those casualties were children under 15. The people of Meteor City have no social status officially—they do not exist. This made them prime targets for nefarious individuals. The Spiders were just learning to crawl by the time the city of the fearful became the city of the feared. Only life can pay for life. We'll accept anything you leave here, but don't ever take anything away from us. As the partnership unfolded, Meteor City's elders developed Nen powers, and the law of retribution was established.

In a large hall with rows of tables and a sun emblem on the wall, a young girl with short dark hair stands near the doorway. Chrollo appears in the corridor holding a basket, saying he is off to the screening room. A boy with a shaved head greets the girl excitedly, thinking it might be Paku. She responds with a cheerful Yo! Other children react with surprise and curiosity. The girl explains she figured no one would find her in the church and asks not to tell Phinks or Uvo. She mentions the previous visitor is still there. Chrollo later appears carrying a basket of items, noting the grammar is similar and that the girl has already learned Germa and Janna. The boy reacts with Huh?! The girl mentions a totally fresh tape and wonders if it could be blank. A buzzing sound effect appears as someone reacts with shock.

"You think he may be able to resolve the problems plaguing this city..." one asks. "I see... Perhaps his council could be of use to the elders?" another replies. "I'm always taken aback by the ideas he comes up with," a third notes. "That Chrollo boy is very inquisitive and studious. He has great promise," concludes a standing figure in elaborate robes. In a modest room, children gather around an old television displaying the title "CLEAN-UP RANGERS" with a team of costumed heroes striking poses. A short-haired girl exclaims, "The clean-up rangers are popular all over the world!" "Yep," answers a boy nearby. "It's the clean-up rangers! Wait..." cries a spiky-haired boy in shock as the screen flickers. A girl with bobbed hair explains, "It starts 10 minutes in, I found it by fast forwarding past the static from yesterday." "It must've been a recording error," the spiky-haired boy realizes. Smaller panels show the bobbed girl saying, "That's why I'm gonna ask you for a favor!" The spiky-haired boy responds, "Well, yeah... Right..." She continues, "But wouldn't it be funner if everyone could follow the story?" "Mhm," he agrees. "It'll still be fun even in the wrong language!" she insists. "Awesome! Let's get everyone to watch it together!" he cheers as a "WROOM" sound effect fades.

The bobbed-hair girl declares, "I'll write up a script." "Recording a voice-over to play instead," she adds. "Dubbing? What's that?" asks the spiky-haired boy. In a hallway, the two continue their conversation. "One more favor..." she says. "Oh, and... You don't look it!" he replies. "Stop calling me that, I'm older than you!" she protests. "I can't say no to my lil' bro... Hm... Can you play clean-up pink?" he requests. She turns away, noting, "So I'm sure you'd rather have three distinct voices. The female squad members' dynamics are important... You want me to get Sheila and Sarasa to play clean-up purple and orange, right?" The boy looks surprised. "Huh? I mean it!" he insists. "Don't sweet talk me," she warns. He exclaims, "Exactly! I love you, Paku!" Paku smiles widely in close-up. In the background, two small figures run down a long corridor. A voice says, "Sure... I believe ya." "I swear!" the boy replies earnestly.

In a lively hillside town, two girls in frilly dresses stand together as one holds a thick book. The girl with pigtails and a bow declares she will perform if Sarasa does it. Her companion excitedly agrees, shouting that it sounds fun. Nearby, smaller children run while adults sit and chat.
