Pound does not reunite with Chiffon. Pound reaches Cacao Island and pleads to see his daughter but is refused entry by guards who cite Pudding's orders. ch. 884, p. 13 He later spots Chiffon from a distance during the escape and thinks, "CHIFFON... I'M GLAD I GOT TO SEE YOU, IF ONLY ONCE." ch. 887, p. 12 Pound shouts a blessing from afar as the ship departs: "CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR MARRIAGE!" ch. 887, p. 13 He remains behind to block Oven and is wounded, with no scene showing the two meeting or speaking. ch. 887, p. 13 The sources describe only distant observation and protection, never a direct reunion between father and daughter.
The manga never states that Pound reunites with Chiffon directly.
