Lili before a shadowy attack engulfs him. ch. 1085, p. 9 Later reports confirm the death to the Straw Hats who react with shock that Vivi's dad is dead. ch. 1060, p. 3 The manga states Cobra's fate outright through direct narration and reactions in these pages.
