The World Government labeled Ohara as an evil scholar group plotting to take over the world and destroyed it in one night with a Buster Call, leaving a lone girl as its survivor ch. 1066, p. 5. Shaka states that Ohara scholars tried to protect books by placing them in the lake before dying, and the soldiers did not realize their value ch. 1066, p. 6. Robin recalls the scholars yelling "Protect the books! Bring it out of the library!" and Saul urging her to escape while her mother and Clover stayed behind ch. 1066, p. 7. "Ohara fought da world!!" and "Be proud, Robin!" were among the final words she remembers from the island ch. 1066, p. 8. No other survivors are mentioned in the account of the incident.
