When does Luffy get Sunny?

Luffy gets the Thousand Sunny in chapter 439. The crew debates names while escaping a harbor under attack and Franky rejects suggestions such as tiger wolf lion bear polar lion and squid octopus. Luffy proposes the name Thousand Sunny and the crew accepts it after Franky confirms the ship is meant to sail to the sea of beasts and stand at its zenith. The Thousand Sunny is revealed floating at the dock with its lion figurehead and the crew cheers the fitting name before preparing for immediate departure as a Marine warship approaches. Luffy jumps from the dock toward the departing ship while Franky uses an emergency acceleration device.
