The crew remains in Water Seven where Garp confronts Luffy at the house. Garp reveals his relation to Luffy and the balance among Yonko, Marines and Shichibukai then leaves without capturing him. Franky joins the crew as shipwright and they flee on the new ship toward Fishman Island.
