Who escaped Impel Down?

Multiple prisoners including Luffy Buggy Ivankov Inazuma Crocodile and Jimbei escaped Impel Down. Guards noted past vanishings without trace but the current events involved active flight upward through breached levels. Ivankov declared the group would save Ace Boy and then make their escape from Impel Down. A giant hole in Level 6 ceiling allowed fugitives to go up with released prisoners. On the surface Buggy escaped heading for the front entrance with other prisoners while Luffy pressed forward in battle. Magellan pursued shouting they would not escape as the unprecedented incident escalated. Prisoners reasoned they could seize marine ships outside to flee the prison entirely.
