Who is Sabo?

Sabo is Luffy's older brother and the chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army who ate Ace's Mera Mera no Mi fruit. Sabo appears in Dressrosa to protect Luffy from Jesus Burgess of the Blackbeard Pirates. He publicly declares his identity and relation to Luffy while defeating Burgess in combat. Sabo states that he, Luffy, and Ace are brothers and that he will watch over Luffy from now on. He confirms he consumed the Mera Mera no Mi as a memento of Ace rather than allow anyone else to take it. Sabo later explains his long-held regrets over Ace's death and refuses to carry further regrets while fighting Burgess again. The manga shows Sabo using fire-based attacks inherited from the fruit and his Dragon Claw Fist style.
