Luffy reaches the ruins at the top and spots the ship, shouting a challenge at Enel. Enel fires lightning at the stalk, causing Luffy to fall and hang from a vine, then generates a massive spherical lightning cloud that descends on Angel Island. The Raigou attack obliterates Angel Island in a massive explosion, leaving a hole in the sea clouds as survivors on evacuation ships react in shock. Luffy hauls himself back up to the ruins where Nami arrives on her waver and urges him to descend and rejoin the others. Luffy refuses, stating he still has unfinished business.
