Chapter 656 summary
On the burning island the Straw Hats face a massive dragon that breathes fire and speaks. Luffy punches it and Zoro cuts it while Usopp and Robin react to the voice. They discover a man embedded in the dragon's head who accuses them of ties to the Shichibukai. Usopp launches the dragon with a plant and Zoro finishes it with a sword draw. On the Thousand Sunny Sanji finds the others asleep from gas and is overpowered by suited intruders who tie them up to offer them to their master. Back on the island Luffy pulls the man free and learns he is only half a body with no eyes or ears. The half-bodied man flees while cursing the Shichibukai and Luffy shouts for him to join the crew.
