Inside the facility Caesar Clown panics when Moné reports that Law is fighting Smoker, the children have been seen by the Marines, and the Straw Hat pirates have crossed the island. Smoker demands to know Law's plot on the island until Law uses Scalpel to extract his heart and leaves him collapsed. The Straw Hats reach the battlefield and spot Law, who recognizes Luffy as the chapter ends.
