Caesar is the key: "HIS 'ANSWER' TO US IS EVERYTHING HE'S DONE IN ORDER TO RETRIEVE THIS ONE MAN!!" Law adds, "BY RETURNING THIS GUY, OUR DEALINGS WILL BE COMPLETE, BUT..."
