Doflamingo laughs, "YOU'RE STILL LEVEL-HEADED, EHI A SHREWD POINT. YOU ARE CORRECT! FUFUFU FUFU!" He leans in close and asks, "DO YOU, YOURSELF, REALLY THINK SOI"

Doflamingo looms over Law, declaring, "NOT IF I HAVE ANY SAY IN THE MATTER!" Law retorts from the ground, "WAS, IN THE END, ALL FOR NAUGHT!" A flashback shows young Bellamy and Doflamingo in a bar; Doflamingo states, "WE'RE BORED OF THAT DAMN TOWN! THE DONQUIXOTE FAMILY IS THE PRIDE OF NORTH BLUE!" and "THAT'S A PLENTY AFFLUENT TOWN! Luffy and Bellamy clash violently inside the ruined building. A narrator declares, "THE AGE OF PIRATES CHASING SILLY DREAMS ARE OVER!" Bellamy, bloodied and furious, yells "YOH OKAY!I" and "OI! BELLAMY!" while Luffy retorts, "I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CODDLE FEEBLE UNDERLINGS! WE WON'T LOSE! TO ANYONE!" Bellamy sneers, "YOU'RE DEFINITELY NOT OKAY, HUH..." and later states, "I AIN'T GOT ANY MORE GRUDGES AGAINST YOU..." as he transforms and attacks with a powerful spring strike, sending debris flying. Luffy is slammed into the ground. A note reads, "JOKER WANTS ME TO KILL STRAW HATI" Bellamy continues, "SO YOU'VE STILL GOT A CHANCE, EH, BELLAMYI THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW." Luffy shouts back, "JUST STAY DOWN!" and "OI, DON'T PUSH YOURSELF." An unseen speaker warns, "YOU'VE CHANGED, BELLAMY."

Bellamy looms over Luffy, declaring, "DON'T MAKE ME HAVE TO SPELL IT OUT IN BLACK AND WHITE FOR YOU, BELLAMY. FROM THE BEGINNING, YOURS AND MY GOALS HAVE BEEN TOTALLY DIFFERENT!" Vibrations shake the area as Luffy thinks, "THERE IT IS AGAIN... THESE VIBRATIONS ARE CRAZY!" Bellamy adds, "YOU'LL FIND A WAY TO SCREW UP THE ASSASSINATION ANYWAY, AND YOU'RE JUST AN UGLY LITTLE FUCKER, SO HE TOLD ME TO FINISH YOU OFF..." Luffy panics, "I'M WORRIED ABOUT TRAFFY! MONGO AND SNOT-GUY... ARE BOTH UP THERE! IF I DON'T GET UP THERE SOON, TRAFFY'S GONNA BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE!" He yells, "OI, BELLAMY! I'M SORRY, BUT CAN YOU JUST WAIT HEREI HE'S MY FRIEND! THIS IS MY FINAL FIGHT!" Bellamy unleashes his ultimate technique, shouting "SPRING HOPPER!" The massive spring-powered attack shatters the surroundings as Luffy stands firm, noting the increased destructive power.
