Chapter 766 summary
At Minion Island the Marines under Vice Admiral Tsuru close in on Barrels' hideout after reports of fire and the theft of the Ope Ope no Mi. Corazon returns to Law with the fruit, forces him to eat it despite his resistance, and collapses from gunshot wounds while declaring their victory over Doflamingo incomplete. He hands Law a tube of information and sends him to deliver it to any Marine so that Dressrosa can be saved. Law reaches Vergo, who accepts the document, crushes it, and reveals himself as a Donquixote Family infiltrator. Vergo beats Corazon and reports the betrayal directly to Doflamingo, who lands on the island with the rest of the Family. Doflamingo activates his Birdcage, sealing the entire town in threads and trapping everyone inside. Corazon tells Law they must move, then smiles through his injuries so that Law will remember him that way.
