Trebol is known for his sticky Beta Beta no Mi powers that restrain foes and for his unwavering loyalty that places him at Doflamingo's side during major confrontations across Dressrosa.
Throughout the events on the island Trebol participates in the family's defense of the SMILE factory and the officers' tower. He confronts intruders including members of the Straw Hat alliance and former associates such as Law. His presence reinforces the chain of command that keeps lower-ranking members in line while he personally intervenes when reports reach him directly.

During the chaos at the Toy House Trebol reports the ongoing attack to Sugar yet instructs her to ignore the disturbance because the hidden nature of her power forms the core of Doflamingo's defensive system. During the port disturbance Trebol leaves the officers' tower after receiving an urgent report about rampaging pirates. He is called back when a trap is revealed and vanishes suddenly after lunging at an unidentified woman.18
