Ulti
Ulti is a member of the Tobiroppo within the Beasts Pirates. She attends urgent gatherings called by Kaido and takes part in the defense of the keep against intruders. Ulti is known for her fierce loyalty to Kaido and her repeated clashes with Straw Hat Pirates and their allies during the ongoing confrontations inside the castle grounds.
Appearance
Ulti appears as a horned woman who reacts with surprise during group discussions among the Tobiroppo. She wears clothing consistent with other Beasts Pirates subordinates and later transforms into a dinosaur form labeled as the Dragon-Dragon Fruit Ancient Model Pachycephalosaurus. Her transformed state features a skull-like head suited for charging attacks.12
In her beast form Ulti stands atop her brother after both activate Ancient Zoan transformations. The Pachycephalosaurus shape allows her to deliver powerful head strikes while remaining mobile during combat inside the keep.3
