Wanze has massive wild curly hair and a wide-eyed manic grin that define his visual presence. He wears an apron over a dark outfit with light straps along with roller skates during confrontations. Tattoos mark his arms while he pushes a food cart labeled with his title as CP7's melee fighting expert cook.1

Wanze adopts a ramen-themed helmet featuring noodles and toppings when activating advanced forms. His body inflates into a large rounded shape covered in layered noodle textures and stripes during certain techniques. Mechanical centaur legs unfold beneath him in a transformation that leaves his upper body human.23

Wanze displays high energy and manic enthusiasm when introducing himself repeatedly as the mad mad Wanze. He offers ramen to opponents and claims he can make anything as head waiter before sharing trivia about his techniques. Background voices urge him to stop due to time constraints yet he persists with his displays.4

Wanze employs Ramen Kenpo as his fighting style which involves preparing and launching ramen-based attacks. He uses nose hairs woven like fishnet stockings to knead wheat flour and creates explosive ramen projectiles or beams. Wanze activates an ultimate technique that transforms him into a battle suit with inflatable properties and mechanical enhancements.56

Wanze performs specific moves such as Ton-kotsu Spank and Ramen Gyoza Set while on roller skates or in armored form. He fires Ramen Beam from his helmet and attempts to lock down an opponent's legs with sticky ramen material. Wanze claims his presence serves situations requiring him to stop intruders.78

Wanze serves as head waiter of the voyage in the fourth car of the Sea Train during an escort mission toward Enies Lobby. He remains seated in the train interior until disturbances prompt him to wield a large weapon in the kitchen cart. Wanze reacts with alarm to figures leaping between cars and an unseen attacker launching projectiles.910
