Attack of Three Part 12

Genthru's massive foot slams down as he warns, 'IT IS 10 TIMES MORE DESTRUCTIVE THAN "LITTLE FLOWER"! AT YOUR NEN LEVEL IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DEFEND AGAINST IT!' and adds, 'IT IS A TIME BOMB, AND WHEN THE TIME IS UP, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY EXPLODE.' Gon stares in shock from the background. Genthru continues, 'IS THAT I MUST REVEAL MY ABILITY BEFOREHAND.' and 'THE CONDITION FOR ACTIVATING THE BOMBS...' He turns slightly, stating, 'NOW, IF I TOUCH YOU AND SAY "BOMB DEVIL" THE BOMB WILL BEGIN ITS COUNTDOWN.' and 'THAT IS NOW FULFILLED.' Gon shouts back, 'I STILL HAVE PLENTY OF ENERGY!' and 'YOU WON'T ESCAPE!' as Genthru activates the technique. In the final panels, Genthru's intense face declares, 'ALL THE CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED!' while Gon, bloodied and determined, holds up the book device marked 'FIRST' with a circular target symbol.

Gon stands at the edge of a rocky outcrop and declares, "THIS IS THE PLACE!!" He leaps forward and unleashes a massive aura blast, shouting "ROCK!!" The explosion erupts behind him. Genthru watches from below with a shocked expression, an exclamation mark hovering near him. A black panel shows Gon crouched and glowing with power while narration reads, "BUT ISN'T HE STANDING TOO FAR? HE ISN'T GOING TO TRY AND NARROW THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US? IF HE IS SO FAR AWAY, I DEFINITELY HAVE TIME TO AVOID IT!" Genthru reacts in close-up, exclaiming, "WHAT!? HOW FRIGHTENING! SUCH AN INCREDIBLY LARGE AURA! THIS IS HIS TRUMP CARD." In the bottom panel Gon’s face fills the frame with intense focus as he calls out "PAPER!!" and "SCIS-SORS!!" while swinging his fist forward amid heavy motion lines.

A colossal explosion engulfs the rocky terrain. Gon is hurled through the air inside the blast, his body small against the massive force. The word "ROCK!!" appears in a jagged starburst on the right. On the left a speech bubble filled with question marks emerges from Genthru, who is partially visible at the edge of the frame with a stunned expression. Heavy black impact shapes and swirling debris dominate the composition, conveying the sheer power of the strike.

Gensuru's face fills the frame, eyes wide and mouth agape as he yells in shock. "A PITFALL TRAP!!" Below, the vertical shaft walls rush past. A figure already trapped at the bottom looks up and cries "OME!" In the adjacent panel Gensuru, falling backward with arms outstretched, realizes someone else is plummeting alongside him. "BUT... HE IS ALSO FALLING IN WITH ME?!" The wide bottom panel reveals the full depth of the pit: wooden debris, dust clouds, and three small figures tumbling helplessly downward into darkness, marked only by an ellipsis.

Gensuru continues to fall, thinking "HE CAN'T POSSIBLY ESCAPE! BUT HE IS IN THE SAME SITUATION..." His glasses flash with a sudden "!!" In the pit below, the spiky-haired boy has vanished from view. "HE'S GONE?!" A narrow crevice is visible in the rock wall. On the opposite side of the shaft a lone figure stands on a narrow ledge; nearby text reads "THERE'S NO WAY TO CLIMB OUT. IT'S DEEP..." At the bottom of the page Gensuru's face appears again, mouth open as he calls out "GENSURU."

Gon stands with his right arm raised high, his expression focused and intense as a small motion line appears beside him. In a narrow rocky tunnel entrance, Gon is seen from behind holding a card-like object while peering into the darkness. A sudden bright flash erupts from the left, startling a spiky-haired man who shouts 'WHAT' as he turns toward the light. A rectangular card with a prominent spiral symbol lies on the rubble-strewn ground between two distant figures. The card rests amid dust and rocks as the two small silhouettes stand further back in the cavern. At the tunnel mouth, a bold exclamation 'GAIN!!' bursts from the darkness.

A massive explosion erupts from the tunnel, sending smoke, debris, and shockwaves outward in all directions. A lone figure stands with arms outstretched amid the blast at the tunnel mouth. The spiky-haired man stares in disbelief, muttering 'WHAT ...'. In the foreground, a helmeted figure with an open mouth reacts violently as the ground shakes. SFX 'ズゴゴゴ' and 'ゴゴゴ' rattle beside a spiky-haired character who is knocked back. The helmeted man yells 'A BOUL-DER!!?' while the entire area is rocked by the force.

Massive impact symbols erupt as a huge boulder crashes down through the rocky ceiling. In the narrow cavern, Genthru stands with a fierce expression, his mouth open as he declares the start of his technique. "FIRST ... COMES ROCK!!" he shouts. The surrounding stone walls tremble from the force. Below, a close-up reveals a pair of intense, narrowed eyes staring forward with sharp focus, catching every movement.

Gon lunges forward with his right arm extended, aura flaring wildly around his fist as he charges at Genthru. Genthru recoils in shock, mouth agape, while motion lines and impact shapes fill the space between them. Suddenly Gon drops to his knees, clutching his arm in agony and yelling "I GIVE UP! I GIVE UP! AAAAAH!" Genthru reacts with surprise. In the next instant Gon raises his hand again, shouting "WAIT!" and then "PAPER !!! SCIS-SORS!!" as his fingers flash through the signs.

Gon unleashes a powerful strike, his face twisted in intense focus as he shouts with mouth wide open. In a series of rapid panels, he closes in on his opponent, a muscular man with wild spiky hair who recoils from the impact. Gon’s right fist glows with aura as he delivers the finishing blow, the word ROCK exploding across the page in massive letters amid motion lines and debris. The opponent is sent flying backward. In a small inset, Gon lands triumphantly and yells YEAH!! while raising his arms in victory.

From a distance, Killua shouts for Gon to use Contact. Gon stands near a cave entrance holding a book-like object. Killua comments that it was a big success and asks if Gon is hurt, noting his own injured left hand. Two observers remark that even Gon’s throat is injured and question what the opponent said. A tall rocky pillar rises against a black sky with two figures climbing it, one carrying the other. A close-up shows the bearded man’s face as he opens his eyes and asks You’re awake? In a wide panel below, several large men are tightly bound with rope. Biscuit, Killua, and a tiny Gon stand before them. One bound man demands they take out the cards and summon the book while another says to hurry and hand them over.

A long-haired figure lies on the ground with eyes closed and mouth open, sweat drops flying as tension fills the air. Nearby, a bearded man with spiky hair speaks urgently, his expression strained. "Please use 'Archangel's Breath' and heal Bati..." he says. Another voice adds, "Just one request." A third speaker replies, "We have transform..." In the next panel, a character with a ponytail faces away while a spiky-haired youth in profile responds, "Don't worry about that." The ponytail figure states, "We've already prepared 6 copies of 'Transform' for this situation." A close-up follows of a battered face with spiky hair and a dazed expression, eyes half-open. From off-panel, a voice whispers, "Book..."
