No, the sources do not show Robin shooting Iceberg. In chapter 345 a voice on the Den Den Mushi orders everyone to the bedroom and says do not shoot Iceberg yet while Robin stands inside the room with the bandaged Iceburg ch. 345, p. 8. The same chapter shows masked intruders already inside the building and later the crew is publicly blamed for the attack ch. 345, p. 8. Chapter 337 records citizens declaring the culprits are the Straw Hat Pirates and shows Robin walking away in the shadows after the news spreads ch. 337, p. 24. "THE CULPRITS IN THE SHOOTING OF ICEBERG ARE THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!" ch. 337, p. 24. No page describes Robin holding or firing a weapon at Iceberg. The sources place her near the scene and note the crew accusation but never depict her as the shooter.
The manga never states that Robin shot Iceberg directly.
