In chapter 334 he is found shot twice in the front and three times in the back yet receives medical care while bandaged in bed with an IV drip ch. 334, p. 13. Citizens outside his residence shout that he must not die while the doctor examines him ch. 334, p. 12. By chapter 335 Iceberg regains consciousness, speaks weakly to his workers, and recalls details of the two attackers ch. 335, p. 16. He later appears standing and discussing events in chapter 350 ch. 350, p. 2. The manga never states that Iceberg dies. "HE WAS SHOT... TWICE IN THE FRONT... AND THREE TIMES IN THE BACK..." ch. 334, p. 14. "THERE WERE TWO..." ch. 335, p. 17. "ICEBERG-SAN HAS..." ch. 335, p. 15.
