Below, a curly-haired man in a suit says, "WE'RE ALSO OUT OF FOOD. LET'S NOT STARVE OURSELVES TO DEATH." A large man with a wide grin replies, "YEAH, WE'VE DONE ALL WE CAN. EVEN MY SHARK NETWORK IS WORN OUT. WE APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORTS." A woman with long dark hair stands silently nearby. The stitched man continues, "THAT'S RIGHT... WE'LL JUST WAIT FOR THEM ON ELBAF. THEY'LL MAKE THEIR WAY THERE." He adds, "YOU CAN BET YOUR ASS THEY'RE ALIVE! THANKS FOR LOOKIN' THOUGH!" The crew raises mugs as one shouts "YEAHHH!! LET'S TOAST OUR HOME-COMING!!" while another complains, "BUT BOSS, WE'RE OUT OF FOOD AND BOOZE! GAHAHAHA!!" The large man declares, "IT'S DECIDED! SET COURSE FOR ELBAF, YA SLIMY OAFS!!" A small character peeks out saying, "I SEE... I'M SURE IT'LL BE FINE IF THEIR CREW SAYS SO."

Luffy, wearing a large helmet and winter gear, stares in awe at a massive ancient tree, shouting "HUGEE!!" and "IT'S..." while a small creature cries "MEROW". The crew crosses a vast snowy landscape toward a towering castle connected by a long rope bridge. Usopp yells, "CHECK OUT THIS TREE! IT'S GOTTA BE THOUSANDS OF YEARS OLD, RIGHTI!" as they remark on the cold and the bridge. Nami exclaims, "IS THIS A MOUNTAINI LOOK! THERE'S A SUPER LONG ROPE BRIDGE!" and "IT'S FRIGGIN' COLD HERE!" In the distance, giants cross the bridge. Robin warns, "GIANTS ARE CROSSING THE BRIDGE! HIDE!" while clutching her chest and saying, "THIS PLACE IS SO VAST, IT'S MAKING ME DIZZY!" as Chopper reacts with "AH!" and creaking sounds echo from the bridge.

Goldberg, the massive New Giant Pirates cook, looms with a spiked helmet and bandaged face, declaring, "IT'S 'CAUSE HE'S A SKILLED NAVIGATOR." Gerd, the ship's doctor in a fur-trimmed outfit, stands nearby with her owl companion as speech bubbles debate Hajrudin's decision: "...THAT CRACKPOT JOIN THE CREW IN THE FIRST PLACEI I DON'T GET HAJRUDIN! Usopp, in a horned hat and cape, growls "GRRRRRR..." while declaring, "THIS WAS MADE FOR GIANTS! THE GAPS ARE TOO BIG!" and "KEEP GOING, NAMI!! I USED TO CROSS A ROPE BRIDGE LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME!! YOU GET USED TO IT!!" He adds, "THIS IS JUST A TRIAL... A TRIAL TO PROVE WE'RE WORTHY WARRIORS!! THE FOREST BELOW IS FULL OF HUGE WOLVES!" In the bottom panels Luffy shivers, "I'M GETTING GOOSEBUMPS," and Usopp asks, "YOU FEEL THATI" as Luffy replies, "WHAT'S WRONG, LUFFYI"

Usopp recalls, "I HEARD SOMETHING BACK IN THE BLOCK COUNTRY TOO... A 'ROAR.' IT'S GOTTA BE COMING FROM DOWN THERE!" Luffy and Usopp argue about pressing forward, with Luffy insisting "YOU CAN'T GO EITHER!" and "WE CAN'T GO SEE, RIGHTI" while grabbing Usopp. Usopp yells, "ALL FORESTS FROM NOW ON ARE OFF LIMITS!"
