Prince Loki is the Accursed Prince of Elbaf with a special bounty of 2.6 billion. He claims the title of Sun God from Elbaf legends and has been chained for six years with sea stone restraints near the Treasure Tree Adam in Warland. Loki is known for his proposal to Luffy, his refusal to join God's Knights, and his role in major events including the killing of King Harald and subsequent capture by the Red Hair Pirates.
Loki offers proposals during encounters and reacts with extreme fury to attacks. He has been bound in Warland and remains restrained during confrontations while discussing past events with Luffy and others.

Imprisonment and escape
Early life
Loki was born with visible horns and monstrous appearance to Queen Estrid while King Harald was overseas. The Horse of Fortune died shortly after his birth leading to a prophecy that he would slay his father.93
As a child Loki killed many beasts and caused chaos and arson in Elbaf when the king was not watching. He murdered King Harald inside the castle and stabbed Lord Jarul while trying to stop him.3
Loki was born with spotted skin, horns, and glowing eyes to Queen Estrid while King Harald was overseas. Giants feared his curse would grow if left unchecked and Queen Estrid blamed him for Elbaf's plagues until her death. Estrid's older brother became his steward after she passed while Loki was still an infant.10
As a youth Prince Loki rampaged through Elbaf with a massive spiked club while declaring that the country needed no weaklings. He expressed a dream of uniting the giant race across the world and asserted that being cocky was his right as prince. Young Hajrudin confronted him directly about their father's ideals during one such outburst.1112
Youth and Rocks Pirates
Loki repeatedly tried to join the Rocks Pirates during their visits to recruit King Harald but was refused each time. After a ship capsized he refused help from rescuers and declared he had not asked to be saved. He stated he would go to sea and be free like Rocks while ranting that everyone in the country was weak and dirty.1314
Relationships
Prince Loki is the half-brother of Hajrudin as they share the same father King Harald but were born to different mothers. Hajrudin refuses to trust Loki due to past incidents and accuses him of betrayal.1516

Rampage in the village
Loki rampages through a village in Elbaf while carrying children on his back before dropping them off. A colossal black dragon appears in the sky during the chaos as voices urge him to take the children to safety. Loki responds that the village is not his problem and continues amid panic from giants.25
