Chapter 407 summary
Chopper battles Kumadori in the burning kitchen, repeatedly failing to reach Arm Point with the Rumble Ball while enduring heavy strikes. He finally lands his strongest technique, Roseo Metel, which knocks Kumadori down, but the agent rises again with renewed fury and overwhelms Chopper with Rankyaku and Seimei Kikan. Remembering warnings from Drum Island about the dangers of multiple Rumble Balls, Chopper swallows a third one in desperation to avoid failing Robin and transforms into a towering monstrous form that shocks Kumadori. Franky emerges from his fight with a key labeled number 4 and resolves to deliver it while noting that the number 2 key remains with Kalifa. In Kalifa's room, Nami recovers from the effects of the bubbles, charges her Clima-Tact, and unleashes Thunderbolt Tempo. Kalifa watches the lightning strike fill the space as the attack lands.
