Chapter 488 summary
A man with a pompadour hairstyle sprints forward with a fierce expression as a massive cheering crowd waves signs and several figures chase him with weapons. Brook sings loudly on the deck of his tattered ship in the Florian Triangle while declaring his ten years of solitude and reacting with embarrassment. The ship approaches a summer island with a ruined building as the crew spots land and urges Brook to sing the landing song. Brook awakens in shock realizes the crew is alive and present and accepts that this is reality rather than a dream. In a flashback the Rumbar Pirates sail away vowing to carry on their captain's will before facing a raging storm. Brook plays the violin amid a gathering of skeleton musicians until a cry to arms erupts. In the present Brook inserts chopsticks into his nose and plays the piano as Luffy shouts in surprise and the crew calls for more music.
