Chapter 342 summary

Franky rages through the streets of Water 7 with Mozu and Kiwi, furious that the Straw Hats have not appeared. Iceburg sends Kalifa away and summons Paulie into his room for a private talk, after which Paulie slips into the president's office, opens a hidden safe, and retrieves a set of rolled blueprints. Masked figures detonate an explosion at the front of the headquarters, creating chaos among the shipwrights. Nico Robin waits with a bear-masked companion who signals the others to proceed. Intruders in bull and skull masks burst into the president's office and confront Paulie, who clutches the blueprints and refuses to hand them over.
