Chapter 348 summary
Inside Iceburg's ruined office, Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Chopper, and Paulie confront the CP9 agents after the shipwrights are defeated. Robin announces she is leaving and walks away despite Luffy's desperate calls for her to stop. Blueno blocks Luffy with Tekkai and Kamie, then evades attacks using Soru and Getsu-pou before Kaku and Kalifa strike Luffy with Rankyaku. Zoro clashes with Kaku but is distracted when Robin departs, allowing Lucci to pierce him with Shigan. Lucci then grabs Luffy and delivers a crushing blow that leaves him defeated on the floor. The CP9 members reveal their identities and explain their mastery of Rokushiki as the defeated Straw Hats look on in shock. Kalifa notes the fires are about to start, but Lucci decides to demonstrate something more and begins transforming into a massive beastly form.
