Blueno
Blueno is a member of CP9 who operated undercover while maintaining a bar in Water Seven Middle Town. He participates in the pursuit of Franky across city rooftops after the attack on Iceberg and later engages Luffy in combat on the courthouse rooftop at Enies Lobby. Blueno is known for his role in the masked group identified as Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, and Blueno, as well as for his defeat that prompts Spandam to order the full annihilation of Strawhat Luffy and his crew.
Appearance
Blueno presents as a tall man with horns who wears a polka-dot outfit while working behind the bar counter. He often leans forward with an open mouth and visible teeth during greetings to customers. The street outside displays signs reading BLUE-NO'S BAR and BLUENO'S BAR on a curved building in Water Seven Middle Town.1
During later operations Blueno wears a top hat, dark coat, and striped vest while standing with arms spread in a grand hall setting. His face shows gritted sharp teeth and heavy shading from strain after impacts. A scar becomes visible on his face during rooftop clashes.23

Blueno welcomes customers with a wide grin inside the bar and laughs while greeting arrivals. He maintains a calm analytical tone when admitting surprise at an opponent's speed and reflects on underestimating an adversary before declaring intent to be more careful.45
