What happens in chapter 388

On the courthouse roof Blueno watches Luffy crouch and release steam as he activates Gear Second. Luffy closes the distance with sudden speed and strikes Blueno with Jet Pistol followed by Stamp, then Jet Bazooka after Blueno attempts an ambush through an Air Door. Yokozuna blocks the courthouse entrance as Mozu, Chopper, Zoro, and Sogeking fight through the towers to reach the drawbridge lever. Spandam orders CP9 to gather and prepares to depart through the Gate of Justice with Robin and Franky. From the rooftop Luffy shouts Robin's name across the island. The cry reaches the Tower of Justice where Robin whispers his name in response.
