Chapter 677 summary
Hidden viewers across the New World watch Caesar's broadcast and recognize the captives, including Law, Luffy, Robin, and Smoker. Kidd steps forward with Killer and meets Apoo and Hawkins to propose an alliance among their three crews. On Punk Hazard the Shinokuni gas spreads beneath the hanging cage, so Franky sets a ship ablaze to create smoke cover.
